TERMS & CONDITIONS
BUYER’S PREMIUM:
- Buyer’s
will be assessed a 12% Buyer’s Premium for items they purchased up to
$5,000.00. They will receive a
2% discount if they pay by cash or good check.
- Items
that sell for $5,001.00 on up will be assessed a 7% Buyer’s Premium with a
2% discount if they pay by cash or check.
INTERNET BUYER’S PREMIUM:
- Buyers
will be assessed a 15% Buyer’s Premium for items they purchase over the
Internet up to $5,000.00.
- Items
that sell for $5,001.00 on up will be assessed a 7% Buyer’s Premium.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Purchases
over $5,000.00 must have a bank letter guaranteeing funds.
- Items
bought over the Internet will be paid for either by credit card or wire
transfer.
- We
also offer pre-approved financing through Auction Lease.

- Visa,
Mastercard, Cash and Checks are accepted with proper ID.
- Payment
is due at the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made with
the Auction Company.
- There
will be a $25.00 return check fee.
- The
record of the sale kept by the Auction Company should be the final record in
the event of any dispute.
- There
will be a $75.00 Administrative Fee for titled vehicles.
NO EXPRESS GUARANTEES OR WARRANTEES:
- All
sales are final.
- It
is up to the Buyer to examine each item before purchasing.
- There
will be no refunds for purchases made over the Internet that the buyer has
not personally inspected.
DISPUTED BIDS:
- The
Auctioneer has the right to re-offer lots and settle all disputed bids.
- The
Buyer resumes all responsibilities for the items they purchase at the fall
of the hammer.
- The
Auction Company will not be responsible for any items left in the yard or
inside the auction hall after they are purchased.
- The
Auction Company accepts absentee bids.
- The
Auction Company will execute those absentee bids for the bidder.
If an absentee bidder wins an item via the Internet, they will be
responsible for all shipping costs. The
item will not be shipped until the Auction Company has received total
payment.
- The
Absentee Bidder needs to contact the Auction Company with any specific shipping
instructions within two (2) days of auction.
The Auction Company is not responsible for any damages of items
shipped.
- Runners
can bid. They are bidding for
themselves.
RESERVES:
- Some
items have reserves or minimums set by the Consignor and the Auction
Company.
- The
Auction Company will execute the bids regarding the reserves and minimums.
- The
Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any opening bid that in his opinion
is not commensurate with the value of the items.
REMOVAL:
- All
items must be removed the day of the sale unless other arrangements have
been made with the Auction Company.
- Any
item not picked up within 5 days of the conclusion of sale are considered
abandoned property and resold with all proceeds going to the Auction
Company.
- We
have haulers we work with in the area that we can recommend to you.
We will get you quotes if possible.
- Buyer
agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller’s against any damages caused
by the acts of buyer or any person acting at buyer’s request or on
buyer’s behalf in connection with the dismantling or removal of property.

BIDS:
- The
Auction Company will not be responsible for the clarity of the call or if
the call is lost.
- The
buyer will be responsible for all shipping and packaging.
In all instances during the sale, the
Auctioneers interpretation of these Conditions shall be binding and final on all
bidders.
